Quality management systems and ISO 9000 standards series are umbrella standards that lead to all other management systems. When we look at the development history of the management system standards wee see that ISO 9000 series are always leads and trigger the other developments. As the quality management systems and standards are most implemented standards, it would expect that this will continue for a time also.
As in the case in all other management system implementation, on the implementation of the quality management system without involvement of the personnel there will be no success in the performance. To achieve the involvement of the personnel the most economic and effective way would be the training of the personnel.
We developed and presenting a series of training programs to support the quality management system of the organizations and train and develope skills of their personnel from all level in the organization. All of our training programs are continuously presented for more than 10 years in Turkey. Our tutors generally have experience of 10 to 20 years in the field.
